How to Make French Coffee.

Sweet, creamy and a little bit day-dreamy. Try a 'Cafe Miel' coffee for those moments when you just want to sit back, relax and enjoy the moment.

Equipment Needed:

  • Something that boils water.

  • A cup.

  • A spoon.

  • 1/2 a tea spoon of honey.

  • 1 small finger tip pinch of finely ground cinnamon powder.

  • 1 shot of milk.

  • 1 tea spoon of coffee (or a bit more if you prefer).

To Do:

  1. Place honey, cinnamon powder and coffee into your cup.

  2. Now fill the cup to 3/4 full with freshly boiled water taking care to fill slowly and stir while pouring the water.

  3. Place milk into a separate lidded container and shake well (to make it frothy - optional).

  4. Pour milk into cup and stir.

All Done.


Yup, it really is that quick & easy to make.
